How do you ship packages?

We do the travelling to meet trusted suppliers & manufacturers around the globe to save you the hassle of searching at malls, retail stores or hundreds of different websites for products that are practical and increase your quality of your life.  As a result of this, orders can be shipped from anywhere, e.g, US, EU, China, India, etc via our partnership with ePacket & USPS.

Do you provide free worldwide shipping?

Absolutely! We are proud to offer you affordable shipping options, no matter where you live. We provide free shipping around the world to keep the cost to our customers as low as possible. 

When will my item(s) arrive?

Shipping times vary according to shipping location, however we will always work to ship out items as soon as feasibly possible. Our estimates for shipping times are as follows:

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed before being shipped out. Processing includes sourcing, verification quality assurance & packaging.

Do provide tracking information?

Thebodyaid does indeed provide tracking information no matter where you are located! Once you place an order, you will receive an email with your tracking number included after 2-4 days once your order has been shipped out. Tracking numbers can take up to 2-3 days to show updates, so please wait 2-3 days before checking your order with the tracking number provided by us. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days please contact our support team.

Why does my domestic currency not show up at checkout?

Our currency conversion tool allows you to shop comfortably with currencies that are familiar to you. At checkout, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars ($). However after purchase, transactions will be billed in your domestic currency at the equivalent rate. Any exchange rate transaction costs will be absorbed by us, giving you peace of mind throughout your shopping experience regardless of where you are based.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping details, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately under these circumstances. Due to the speed at which we process orders and prepare for shipping we may be unable to alter the shipping address, especially if the order has already been shipped. However if we are informed immediately, we may be able to correct any errors in the shipping details before the order is processed.

I have a discount code, how do I apply it to my order?

If you are viewing our store from a desktop, please click 'CHECK OUT' on the cart page. You will then be taken to the checkout page  where you should see the field labelled 'Discount code'.

If you are viewing our store from mobile devices, please click 'CHECK OUT' on the cart page. You will then be taken to the checkout page, where you will see the 'Show order summary' option. Please click this option and enter your code into the field labelled 'Discount code'.
